This Privacy Policy explains how DataWise AI LLC, DBA RingSafe AI ("RingSafe AI", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information associated with the RingSafe AI call and message screening service, including protected phone numbers, call and SMS screening, marketplace listing protection, the customer dashboard, and customer support.
Information We Collect
RingSafe AI may collect information provided by customers, including name, email address, password, mobile phone number, account and subscription details, trusted contact lists, marketplace listing details, and information submitted when configuring a protected line.
To operate the screening service, RingSafe AI processes information from calls and messages sent to a protected number, including the caller/buyer's phone number, call and message timestamps, voice transcripts, SMS/MMS message content, and, where a customer has configured a biography verification challenge, the caller's spoken answer to that challenge (graded automatically; the correct answer itself is never shared with the caller or with any AI model).
RingSafe AI also collects technical and service information needed to operate and secure the service, including source IP address, browser or device information, session identifiers, login timestamps, and account activity logs.
How We Use Information
RingSafe AI uses information to screen unknown callers and buyers, decide whether to transfer a call, take a message, request independent verification, or block a caller, answer marketplace listing questions automatically, operate customer accounts and login security, deliver SMS messages requested or expected by customers, process support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
SMS Messaging and Consent
RingSafe AI may use SMS for account verification, login security, service notifications, owner escalation alerts for qualified marketplace leads, subscription notices, support updates, and customer-requested communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. See our SMS Terms for full detail.
RingSafe AI maintains SMS consent records, including mobile phone number, consent status, consent timestamp, source page, and the consent language displayed at enrollment.
No Sale of Personal Information or Call/SMS Data
RingSafe AI does not sell customer or caller phone numbers, call transcripts, or SMS content. RingSafe AI does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service Providers
RingSafe AI uses service providers to host the service, provide telephony and SMS transport, provide AI language processing used to hold a screening conversation, process payments, and support customer service. Service providers are used only as needed to operate, secure, and support RingSafe AI, and telephony/AI providers do not retain final decision-making authority over your account — that stays with RingSafe AI's own systems.
Protecting Your Private Number
A core purpose of RingSafe AI is to keep your real phone number private from unknown callers and buyers. RingSafe AI does not reveal a protected destination number to a caller or buyer during screening, and internal screening rules, risk scores, and decision logic are not disclosed to callers, buyers, or third parties.
Data Retention
RingSafe AI retains call/message events, transcripts, and account records for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain account history, comply with legal and carrier requirements, resolve disputes, enforce terms, prevent abuse, and support security. Customers may request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to legal and carrier record-keeping requirements.
Customer Choices
Customers may request assistance with account information by contacting support. Customers may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any RingSafe AI SMS message, or request help by replying HELP. Customers may configure, edit, or remove trusted contacts, biography verification questions, and marketplace listings at any time from the RingSafe AI dashboard.
Security
RingSafe AI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards, including server-side session control, password hashing, and audit logging, designed to protect customer information and reduce abuse of the service. No internet or telephony service can guarantee absolute security.
